An iconic 182 meter world's tallest statue, a tribute to the Iron Man of India, is being built at the Sadhu-Bet Island, approximately 3.5kms south of Sardar Sarovar Dam at Kevadia in the Narmada district of Gujarat

Sardar Sarovar Dam

The Sardar Sarovar Dam is world's 2nd largest dam in terms of volume of concrete used. During the foundation ceremony of this dam Shri Jawaharlal Nehru, rightly stated that 'This place is Kashmir of Gujarat'.

Sukhi Dam

Sukhi Dam is a dam on the Sukhi River near the village of Dungarvat in Vadodara district of Gujarat, India. The dam is an earth-fill type with a masonry spillway section. Highly recommended for rock climbing.
